Porrige = 3/4 cup quick oats + 1 cup cold water + 6min in microwave = steaming hot breakfast
Mocha = tsp moccona + tsp cocoa + dash green milk + cup boiling water = Caffine hit
Mornig tea = Black Tea
Lunch = Left over Nacho Beans sans the corn chips
Cravings NIL - gee I hope this lasts!
(I have 2 manderines on hand just in case)
Dinner is cooking away at home in the slow cooker = Vegan Lentil & Barley Soup = perfect for a wintery evening in.
